In 2004, we perfected an innovative POS replenishment system that uses in-store scanned data to generate reorders. Lead time on reorders is effectively reduced to a 24-hour turnaround.
In 1998, we implemented our first ‘Perfect Pick’ system, a highly successful pick and pack system for invoice/product matching and superior operational efficiency. This system incorporates over five moving scales to ensure all products in the tote match the invoice. There are three quality control stations to ensure compliance.
In 1996, we created a full-scale, dedicated merchandising force to more effectively manage our retail partners’ in-store needs, in turn allowing route drivers to focus on shipment and delivery schedules.
